Terms and conditions of the iDetails online store
1. General provisions
1.1. The iDetails online store, available at www.idetails.pl, is operated by AUTOMOTIVE GROUP with its registered office in the Świętokrzyskie Province, Kielce County, Morawica Commune, Brzeziny, ul. Chęcińska 70, 26-026, NIP: 6572700581, REGON: 260294980.
1.2. Contact with the store is possible at the e-mail address: kontakt@idetails.pl and by phone: 883 143 143.
1.3. The Regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders, making purchases and the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller.
1.4. By placing an order, the Customer accepts the provisions of these regulations.
1.5. All prices given in the store are gross prices (include VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN), unless otherwise stated.
1.6. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices and to conduct and cancel promotions and sales.
2. Placing orders
2.1. Orders can be placed via the store's website www.idetails.pl.
2.2. The condition for the execution of the order is the correct completion of the order form and payment.
2.3. The order processing time (i.e. shipping time) is up to 30 business days, depending on the specifics of the order.
2.4. Personalised products are non-returnable in accordance with applicable law.
3. Payments
3.1. The iDetails store offers payments via the Przelewy24 platform.
3.2. The order will be processed after the payment has been credited to the store's account.
4. Delivery
4.1. Orders are fulfilled by courier delivery to selected countries or personal collection.
4.2. Personal collection is possible at the following address: ul. Żółkiewskiego 38, 25-130 Kielce, after prior arrangement.
4.3. Shipping costs are stated when placing your order and may vary depending on the delivery location.
5. Returns and complaints
5.1. Right to withdraw from the contract
The Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, by submitting an appropriate declaration. To exercise the right to withdraw, the Customer should inform the Seller of their decision by e-mail to kontakt@idetails.pl.
5.2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:
- products manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications or designed to meet their individual needs (e.g. personalized products),
- products which, due to their nature, become inseparably connected with other items after delivery.
5.3. Complaints
In the event of a product defect, the Customer has the right to file a complaint under the warranty or guarantee, if granted.
5.4. Complaints procedure
Complaints can be submitted via email to kontakt@idetails.pl, specifying:
- customer details,
- order number,
- description of the defect and photos (if possible).
The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 calendar days of its receipt and inform the Customer about further proceedings. If the complaint is accepted, the Customer has the right to repair, exchange the product for a defect-free one, reduce the price or withdraw from the contract if the defect is significant.
If the product is covered by warranty, the Customer may exercise the warranty rights in accordance with its terms.
6. Protection of personal data
6.1. Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with applicable laws and the privacy policy available on the store's website.
6.2. The Customer has the right to view, correct and request deletion of his/her personal data.
7. Final provisions
7.1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
7.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the regulations, which are effective from the moment of their publication on the store's website.
7.3. Any disputes arising from the execution of orders will be resolved by competent common courts.
