1. Shipping Methods
1.1. The iDetails store fulfills orders via courier companies to selected countries and offers the possibility of personal collection.
1.2. Available delivery methods and shipping costs are presented during ordering and may vary depending on the country of delivery and the weight and dimensions of the order.
2. Order processing time
2.1. The order processing time, i.e. shipping time, is up to 30 business days from the moment of payment.
2.2. In the case of personalized products, the processing time may be longer, about which the Customer will be informed before finalizing the order.
2.3. The iDetails store makes every effort to fulfill orders in the shortest possible time.
3. Shipping costs
3.1. Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method and delivery location and are provided when placing the order.
3.2. In the case of international orders, the Customer may incur additional customs duties and taxes according to the regulations of the destination country.
4. Personal collection
4.1. Personal collection is possible at the following address: ul. Żółkiewskiego 38, 25-130 Kielce, after prior arrangement of the date.
4.2. The customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone about the readiness of the order for collection.
5. Tracking your shipment
5.1. After the parcel has been shipped, the Customer will receive a tracking number, if such an option is available in the selected shipping method.
5.2. The status of the shipment can be checked on the carrier's website or through the iDetails store.
6. Delivery problems
6.1. In the event of delays in delivery resulting from reasons beyond the control of the store (e.g. courier delays, weather conditions), the iDetails store is not responsible, but will take steps to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
6.2. In the event of receiving a damaged package, a damage report should be written in the presence of the courier and the iDetails store should be contacted to file a complaint.
7. Uncollected shipments
7.1. In the event that the Customer fails to collect the shipment and returns it to the sender, re-shipment is possible after paying additional delivery costs.
7.2. If the Customer decides to cancel the order after it has been returned to the sender, the refund will be reduced by the delivery costs and any return.
