Return Policy

1. Right to withdraw from the contract

1.1. The customer has the right to return the purchased product without giving a reason within 14 days of its receipt, in accordance with applicable law.

1.2. Personalised products made to special order by the Customer are not subject to return.

2. Return Terms

2.1. The product must be returned intact, unused, in original packaging, with full accessories and proof of purchase.

2.3. The iDetails Store reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or has been damaged due to the Customer's fault.

3. Return procedure

3.1. To make a return, the Customer should contact the iDetails store by e-mail at: kontakt@idetails.pl, providing the order number and the reason for the return.

3.2. The product should be sent to the address provided by the store staff.

3.3. The iDetails store does not accept cash on delivery.

4. Refund

4.1. After receiving and verifying the returned product, the store will refund the funds within 14 business days.

4.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used for the purchase.

4.3. If the payment was made via the Przelewy24 system, the refund will be made to the bank account associated with this payment.

5. Complaints

5.1. If the Customer has received a defective or damaged product, he or she has the right to submit a complaint within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

5.2. Complaints should be reported to the following e-mail address: kontakt@idetails.pl, attaching photos of the damage and a description of the problem.

5.3. Complaints are considered within 14 working days. If the complaint is accepted, the Customer will receive a new product or a refund.

6. Uncollected shipments

6.1. If the Customer fails to collect the shipment and returns it to the sender, re-shipment is possible upon payment of additional delivery costs.

6.2. A refund for an uncollected shipment is possible after deducting the shipping and return costs.
